Festival of Life

Just over 13 years ago I was diagnosed with cancer. The great people at USC Norris took care of me and I have been cancer free ever since. The research and boundaries they push changed my life forever. I cannot thank them enough.

Today was the 21st annual Festival of Life.  It was the first time I have been and I was honored to stand among the people of Norris and hear the stories of other survivors.

My wife (lower right corner) and my middle son (between I and F) wrote a thank you note on this sign of life. The sign of life will hang in the Norris hospital lobby for a few weeks and provides a sign of hope for those struggling with this disease.
